KTTZ-TV is gearing up for the premiere of the Ken Burns and Lynn Novick’s ten-part, 18-hour documentary series, THE VIETNAM WAR September 17th on PBS. There are several special screenings and panel discussions leading up to the premiere.

Alamo Drafthouse presents Forrest Gump in partnership with the Vietnam Center and Archive at Texas Tech University.  This special event is this Sunday, August 6th 6:00pm at Alamo Drafthouse Lubbock.  Each film in this ongoing series will feature a discussion led by experts provided by the VNCA.

THE VIETNAM WAR SNEAK PEEK SCREENING AT LHUCA

Join KTTZ at the First Friday Art Trail for a special screening of highlights from the 10-part documentary, The Vietnam War, with special interviews from veterans and anti-war advocates from the time.

The screening will be held at the LHUCA Firehouse Theatre from 6-8pm.
