Families can enjoy read-aloud story times for children from infants through 4th grade, followed by hands-on crafts and activities that bring each story to life. Plus, keep an eye out for special visits from favorite characters like Clifford, Curious George, and more!

About the Forum

This in-person event was held to provide an opportunity for political leaders, educators, parents, and community members to connect. Together, we can make a difference in the education system and create a brighter future for our children. 

This panel discussion serves as an essential component of a voter education initiative that is proudly brought to you in partnership by Texas Tech Public Media, the American Association of University Women,  League of Women Voters, The America Association of University Professors, Tech the Vote, and The Museum of Texas Tech University.

Tech the Vote is a non-partisan organization that is able to register Texas Tech students to vote as well as educate the Texas Tech community on voting rights and access, understanding laws and voting systems, and increasing understanding of United States governing systems. Tech the Vote provides access to voter education information to all Texas Tech students in order to increase civic engagement and voter engagement across the Texas Tech University campus.
