Creamy Beef Stroganoff

Beef stroganoff is one of my favorites. I am taking this to potluck at church this Sabbath!

1. In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink.

2. Drain.

3. Stir in flour and salt until blended.

4. Stir in soup and consommé.

5. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

6. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for ten minutes.

7. Stir in noodles and sour cream.

8. Heat through. (Do not boil!)

9. Add optional seasonings listed to ground beef when cooking or add to flour to combine after meat is cooked.

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef

cup all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon salt

1 can condensed cream of chicken...(broccoli, celery)

1 can beef consommé

8 ounces wide egg noodles, cooked and drained

1 cup sour cream

Optional seasonings for a slight change of taste: Garlic, onion powder, celery salt, all-purpose seasoning salt and paprika
