Grilled Salmon with Hawaiian Rice

Instructions:

1. Season fillets with lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and vegetable oil in a bowl until dissolved. Place fish in resealable plastic bag and coat with sauce. Refrigerate and marinade at least two hours.

2. Grill over medium heat—seven minutes each side.

3. Combine rice, soup, and mushroom in glass baking dish, cover with foil.

4. Bake for 45 min at 425°F.

Grilled Salmon Ingredients:

• 1 ½ lb salmon fillets

cup soy sauce

cup brown sugar

cup water

• ¼ cup vegetable oil

• Lemon pepper, salt, and garlic powder⁠—to taste


Hawaiian Rice Ingredients:

• 1 cup white rice

• 3 cans of beef consommé

• 2 cans (8 ounces each) of sliced mushroom
