FMI Director, Benjamin Powell, hosts Free to Exchange, which features short interviews with scholars visiting Texas Tech University, as well as occasional interviews with scholars working at Texas Tech University and other local and regional institutions. Program guests, who have expertise in a variety of disciplines and on a wide range of topics, offer their perspectives on pressing economic and public policy issues.

What is Free to Exchange?

The Free Market Institute (FMI), in conjunction with KTTZ-TV, produces Free to Exchange, an interview-based television program that focuses on both historical and contemporary economic and public policy issues. KTTZ-TV is a television affiliate of Texas Tech University System Public Broadcasting.
