Runoff Election 2024 | Candidates for Lubbock Mayor sit down for in-depth interviews

The Texas Tech Public Media newsroom recently sat down with both Lubbock Mayoral Candidates for an in-depth interview about topics important to Lubbock voters in the 2024 election.

This video was screened at a special community event that took place at the YWCA of Lubbock. Originally planned as a Runoff Election Forum, the event was altered due to one of the District 2 City Council candidates unfortunately being unable to attend.

The event served as an essential component of a voter education initiative that was proudly brought to you by Texas Tech Public Media, the League of Women Voters, American Association of University Women, and Texas Tech Department of Political Science.
